More Green Time
Less Screen Time
What does More Green Time, Less Screen Time mean?
Spending time with nature without a screen.
Direct exposure to nature has been proven to be extremely beneficial for our physical and emotional wellbeing, but whether it’s our laptop, TV, smartphone, or some other type of device, our time spent looking at screens has only increased.
As a result, calls for the public to balance their Screen Time with Green Time have been increasing as well, but it’s worth noting that without confidence and know-how, some people may find it challenging to spend time in nature without a screen.
Green Time workshops and webinars provide experiential learning opportunities that teach students of all ages how to refocus their attention and reconnect with nature in technology-free ways.
